Delivery

When will my order be despatched?

Orders are despatched daily, Monday to Saturday up until 4pm. If your order is placed after 4pm, it will be despatched next working day.

How long is delivery?

Delivery is calculated at checkout. Mainland UK orders (excluding Scottish Highlands) are sent on a Next Day delivery service as standard. All other delivery locations will be sent on a 2-3 day delivery service.
Next day delivery is not guarenteed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will recieve an email with your tracking information. All orders can be tracked online or by using DPD's mobile app. You can also leave instructions for the driver if you are not in, or if theres a preferred place for delivery.

My order has not been delivered?

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you provided when placing your order. If your delivery has not arrived, check your despatch email for tracking details. Tracking details will tell you the current position of your delivery and any problems/delays.

DPD will reattempt your delivery the next working day. You will be notified of any further instructions required from DPD if your delivery cannot be made, and your order will be available for collection from one of the DPD collection points.

My order has been delivered, but i cannot find it?

If you cannot find your delivered order, check your despatch email for tracking details. DPD's tracking will provide an image of your order and the location it has been left in.
If your driver does not have a safe place to leave your order, and has no instructions on where to leave it, the order will not be delivered and will be re attempted the next working day. If your order still cannot be delivered, it will be available from a DPD collection point.

Where is the DPD collection point?

DPD Collection points are located all over the UK. To find out which collection point your order has been delivered to, please follow the tracking details on your despatch email. Please see our delivery policy for more information.

Order Issues

How do I return my order?

To return your order you can follow the instructions in the delivery note paperwork in your order. This will have simple steps on how to return your package for a refund. If you have lost or damaged this piece of paper, please visit the returns section of this website for more info.

Can I get a refund?

Once we have received your return order, one of the warehouse team will inspect your items and check for any signs of damage/usage. Please note, goods which have been used will not qualify for a refund and will be recycled. Goods which have have been opened up and/or had the packaging removed will still qualify for a refund so long as they have not been damaged, stained or altered in any way. Items which have been used and are faulty cannot be sent back for a refund. Instead, if you feel like the product has not been up to standard, please contact us and raise a complaint. One of our complaints team will work on a resolution for you.

How much does it cost to return my order?

Returning your order is free, but there is a £3 restocking charge. This covers the cost of us bringing back your order, inspecting, restocking and processing your refund. By following the instructions on your delivery paperwork, or visiting the returns section of this website, you can process your return. If the goods returned are undamaged and unused, you will recieve a full refund, less the restocking charge.

If you have returned your item due to it being faulty or incorrect, please contact us to avoid the restocking fee.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

First, check your order confirmation email for details of all the products you have ordered. If an item is definetly missing from your order, please contact us using the online chat or contact form. One of our team will investigate and provide a resolution.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If an item in your order is faulty, please follow the instructions on the returns sheet provided and return your order. One of our warehouse team will inspect the product and either replace or refund your item as per your instructions. Please note, items which have been used cannot be returned as being faulty.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Yes, free refunds and returns means that the items and the shipping will all be refunded, however there is a £3 restocking fee to cover the shipping back to our warehouse, checking your order, restocking and refunding.

My order has been damaged, what do I do?

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, check the condition of the goods within your order. If the goods are undamaged, we recommend you keep your order and recycle the damaged packaging. If your parcel and order is damaged, please return this for a full refund.

I have lost my return form, what do I do?

If you have lost or damaged your return form, please visit the returns section of this website. Here you can organise your return using your order number (found in your order email) and delivery details.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change what you had ordered, please either cancel or return your order and order a different item.

Product & Stock

The item I am looking for is out of stock, when can I buy it?

We work very hard to ensure items never run out of stock, but in the unlikely event an item is showing as out of stock, there will be an indication date of when it will be available to purchase again. You can also sign up to our newsletter for updates of items returning to stock, or new items now available.

I cannot find what I am looking for?

If you cannot find what you are looking for, try using the search bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, ask our chat for more info.

The price of an item has changed from last time?

We endeavour to have competitive prices on high quality products. Although prices may sometimes increase, we will always work hard to reduce our costs and offer the best prices available.

How do I contact somebody?

Our online chat is available 24/7 for questions regarding orders, stock and more. It's the fastest way to ask questions and get assistance. If the online chat cannot help, please fill out a contact form and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note, contact forms are aimed to be replied to within 24-48 hours.

How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

If you are no longer interested in recieving discounts, exclusive offers and more you can unsubscribe to the newsletter. To do this, find a newsletter email and scroll to the bottom where it says unsubscribe. Click this, and you will be automatically unsubscribed to our newsletter. ou can resubscribe at any time on our website.

I would like to raise a complaint?

We are sorry to hear you have had issues with your order. If you would like to raise a complaint of any kind, please fill out a contact us enquiry form and our complaints team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Do you have a phone number?

We do not currently have a phone number. We can be contacted via the online chat or by a contact us enquiry form which we aim to respond to within 24-48 hours.
